About the Role

Healtha.me is hiring a remote full-time Graphic and Media Designer to create high-quality visuals and media assets for our e-commerce health and wellness brands.

This role supports product launches, campaigns, ads, website graphics, email and WhatsApp visuals, product education, and branded digital content.

How This Role Works With Marketing

The Marketing Manager leads the strategy, campaign direction, launch messaging, content priorities, and approvals. The Graphic and Media Designer brings that direction to life by creating the visuals, videos, banners, ad creatives, product graphics, and campaign assets needed to execute the plan.

Responsibilities

• Design campaign graphics, product visuals, website banners, ad creatives, email visuals, WhatsApp visuals, and brand assets.

• Create visuals for product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, bundles, offers, and educational product content.

• Edit short-form videos, reels, product clips, creator-style content, subtitles, text overlays, and simple motion assets when needed.

• Adapt designs for website, ads, social platforms, landing pages, email, and customer communication.

• Create bilingual Arabic and English designs with strong layout, readability, spelling, spacing, and brand consistency.

• Follow briefs from the Marketing Manager, complete revisions professionally, and deliver files in the correct formats and sizes.

• Keep design files organized and easy for the team to access.

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic and English, with the ability to design clean bilingual assets.

• Strong graphic design portfolio showing campaign, product, ad, brand, website, or digital content work.

• Good understanding of branding, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and clean modern design.

• Experience with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

• Reliable remote communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines and handle revisions.

Preferred

Experience with e-commerce, health, wellness, beauty, supplements, pharmacy, consumer product brands, Shopify website graphics, Meta and TikTok ad creatives, product launch assets, and short-form video editing is preferred.
