We’re Hiring # Production Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Operations Monitoring

· Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth operation of production lines.

· Follow up on production schedules and ensure targets are achieved.

· Coordinate with production supervisors to resolve operational issues.

2. Process Improvement & Efficiency

· Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

· Support initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.

· Assist in implementing continuous improvement projects.

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance

· Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

· Coordinate with Quality teams to address production defects and corrective actions.

· Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.

4. Equipment & Maintenance Coordination

· Monitor machine performance and report technical issues.

· Coordinate with Maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

· Support efforts to minimize machine downtime and improve equipment utilization.

🔹 Job Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

· Experience: 0–1 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments.

Familiarity with production processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred
