• Review and monitor Schedule and budget of MEP works and its integration within overall business plan, close monitoring of Planned values during project life cycle.
• Closely coordinate with technical team to assure the completion of MEP works in the relevant deadline.
• Identify non-compliances and seek resolution or escalate the issue.
• Closely coordinate with the procurement team any required materials to be delivered.
• Manage the timely completion of construction deliverables in accordance with handing over dates and assure the quality of the deliverables as per the scope.
• Evaluate the variations and adjustments to client scope, review and assess the impacts.
• Follow established budgets, cost plans, and report any variances to project controls team.
• Follow progress updates and communicates them regularly to the operations manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Facility management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
