Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to lead the strategic ownership and delivery of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives. The role drives roadmap execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous platform enhancement to maximize operational efficiency, scalability, and business value.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Define and maintain the ServiceNow product vision and roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Translate business needs into actionable product features and ensure platform scalability.
  • Prioritize backlog items based on value, business impact, and strategic alignment.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and end-users to capture requirements.
  • Communicate product goals, progress, and timelines effectively to stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs.

Delivery & Governance

  • Partner with developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and data security policies.
  • Oversee testing, change management, and release planning activities

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow updates and emerging digital workflow trends.
  • Drive adoption by promoting training, awareness, and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT and digital platform management, with at least 6 years in ServiceNow product or platform ownership.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, etc.).
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and backlog in an Agile environment.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement skills — ability to work across functions and geographies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or higher certification (e.g., CSA, CIS).
  • Experience with ITOM, HRSD, and other advanced ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Prior experience working in a global professional services or consulting environment.
