- Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities – Assistant Construction Manager
- Daily Site Operations: Oversee daily construction activities, site inspections, and logistics coordination.
- Contractor Supervision: Support monitoring contractor performance, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control procedures and coordinate inspections with supervision consultants.
- Documentation: Maintain site records, daily reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project schedule and milestones; highlight risks and propose recovery actions.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety.
