House of Cocoa, founded in 2012, is a premium chocolate and dessert brand with 13 branches and growing across the region. Combining artisanal craftsmanship, the finest ingredients, and innovative concepts, we create signature desserts and luxury retail collections for a truly indulgent chocolate experience. Operating in both B2C and B2B markets, House of Cocoa partners with corporates, hotels, and event organizers to offer customized chocolate solutions and gifting programs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency across all branches while maintaining the high-quality standards of our products and services. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, streamlining processes, supervising staff, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals for growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all branches, ensuring smooth workflow and brand consistency.
  • Monitor branch performance including sales, service quality, customer satisfaction, and cost control.
  • Implement and enforce company SOPs covering service, hygiene, presentation, and product quality.
  • Supervise and support branch managers in scheduling, staffing, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with procurement, marketing, and finance teams to ensure timely supply, promotional execution, and accurate reporting.
  • Manage maintenance and facility issues in coordination with the operations support team.
  • Review daily and weekly sales reports, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
  • Support new branch openings, training, and operational readiness.
  • Drive customer-focused culture and lead initiatives to enhance the in-store experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in F&B or retail operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-branch leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage retail and dine-in operations simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of service standards, food safety, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or POS systems.
  • Based in Cairo, with flexibility to visit branches regularly.
