Role Description

• You will work with various healthcare programs such as MatrixCare, PCC, and ThoroughCare 
• Interpreting medical information from various sources & documents into useful metrics, facilitating provider follow-ups
• Identifying patient needs & gaps in care with recommendations to optimize case outcomes
• Inputting prescribed medication, labs, provider notes, and patient information into clear and precise records
• Updating and auditing previous patient records and reports.

Work Conditions

• Midday shifts.
• Location Nozha St, Nasr City.
• 5 Working days and 2 days off.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in medicine or pharmacy is a must.
• An English level of B2+ or C1 is a must.
• Proven work experience in a relevant role for 6 months at least is a must.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
