Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Specialist role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid with Remas Developments. The Front Office Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting guests professionally and directing them to the appropriate team members or meeting rooms. Responsibilities include answering and routing phone calls, managing appointment scheduling and meeting calendars, and maintaining a tidy, organized reception area. The role also involves handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, supporting basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth daily office operations. The Front Office Specialist is expected to provide courteous, efficient service to guests, clients, and colleagues while upholding Remas Developments’ standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Receptionist Duties, to welcome visitors, respond to inquiries, and represent the company professionally.
  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and calendar management to coordinate meetings, visits, and internal bookings accurately and on time.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with clients, visitors, and team members.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette for handling incoming calls, transferring calls appropriately, and taking accurate messages.
  • Previous experience in a front office, reception, or administrative role is preferred.
  • Comfort using office software and tools (e.g., email, calendar systems, basic spreadsheets, and word processing applications).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate reliability, and work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
