Key Accountabilities

• Responsibilities of Procurement for:
• Imported purchases for all departments in the following areas:
• • Equipment, machines & SP
  • Maintenance Services
  • Chemicals
  • Production supplies
  • Miscellaneous
  • Projects & HSE needs
  • Local purchases
    • Palm & sunflowers Oils (Strategic)
    • Anti sprout for Agri Dep.
  • Market price forecasting, review, analyze and understand economic trends

  and consider risks and cost implications.

  • Setting Budget prices, tracking monthly expenses, achieving department’s goals.
  • Maintaining Procurement SOP, Orders following up, 3-way match & suppliers dues.
  • Responsible for the procedures with suppliers related to opening letters of credit,

  bank guarantees and shipping documents.

  Academic And Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce/business.

  Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Procurement/overseas purchases.
  • FMCG is a plus.
