Fleet Operation Specialist – MBCC Egypt (Full Time, On-site)

📋 تفاصيل الوظيفة
- Oversee the operation, and overall performance of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are fully utilized.
- Analyze fleet performance data through a dashboard to identify trends, optimize operations, and improve efficiency, extract regular reports accordingly.
- Ensure all vehicles/drivers meet legal and safety regulations, including inspections, registrations, maintenance, and insurance.
- Plan and coordinate loading/unloading schedule according to functions’ needs.
- Address and resolve any issues related to fleet operations, such as breakdowns or driver concerns.
- Tracking & Reporting: Implement and use fleet tracking systems (GPS) to monitor vehicle usage, performance, fuel consumption, and location in real-time.
- Record all equipment and downtime periods.
- Prioritize work orders.
- Plan and monitor drivers’ workflow, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Have full knowledge of truck operations and operational details.
- Continuously monitor truck maintenance.
✅ المتطلبات
- Experience in fleet management and vehicle allocation at least 5 years
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance coordination and safety compliance
- Proficiency in data management and fleet monitoring tools
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to ensure adherence to operational standards and regulations
- Previous experience in fleet operations or logistics management is highly beneficial
