Multinational Company Operating in Egypt is Seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager with the Following Qualifications:
Job Title: Assistant Accounting Manager
# Responsibilities and duties:
o Prepare monthly & Quarterly ledger & its relevant documents required by Head office.
o Prepare relevant documents of monthly VAT return
o Prepare Quarterly income report to GAFI (The General Authority for Investment)
o Prepare relevant documents of quarterly Form (4) salary tax
o Prepare Quarterly Form (41) Withholding Tax
o Prepare annual salary tax reconciliation
o Prepare any financial reports required to the competent authority like social insurance, labor office…etc.
• Recording
Ensure accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with the company’s accounting policies, chart of accounts, accounting codes and related standard accounting principles (Monthly reviewing with Bookkeeping).
• General Accounting / Tax
o Perform general accounting activities, maintain and update books of accounts (recording all receipts, payments and any movement of the accounts in the accounting system).
o Prepare required slips to pay due taxes, subscriptions, invoices from vendors…etc.
o Coordinate and support the tax consultant to ensure all regulatory requirements, resolve taxes issues with concerned authorities.
o Coordinate with the CPA during auditing & follow up in preparation of the yearly financial statements
o Follow up payment of taxes (VAT / Withholding) and collect the evidence from clients.
• Any other tasks related to the area of operation that may be assigned depend upon the requirement of the business.
# Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
1. Academic and professional qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in commerce – Accounting department
– Proficient in English language.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, e-mail etc. using Windows 11 PCs.
2. Work Experience: (5-7 years experience)
3. Driving license
