وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:
We are looking for Production Manager with solid experience in the food industry and QSR to manage production processes, improve efficiency, ensure quality standards, and support operational excellence within restaurant production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily production operations
• Ensure production processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards
• Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards
• Work closely with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
• Analyze production data and prepare regular performance reports
• Optimize production workflows and resource utilization
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Lead and support production teams to achieve operational targets
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (Master’s degree is preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in production within the food industry and QSR
• Strong experience in managing production operations and teams
• The Professional certifications are required including: Six Sigma Black Belt & Other relevant certifications in Operations, Quality, or Continuous Improvement.
