• Shape and execute our commercial strategy .

• Lead and motivate our Sales & Business Development teams .

🏆 What You Bring : –

• 7–10 years of commercial leadership experience .
• A strategic mind with a business-growth mindset .
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills .
• Fluency in English — and fluency in ambition .
• A degree in Business or a related field (MBA is a plus) .
