Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Cairo. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the branch, managing staff performance, setting sales goals, developing business strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will be accountable for driving revenue growth, monitoring expenses, handling budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies. They will also focus on building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively
• Operations and business development skills, including experience in customer relationship management, strategic planning, and meeting sales targets
• Financial management capabilities, encompassing budgeting, cost control, and profitability tracking
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both in verbal and written form
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or business environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs in Cairo is an advantage
