About the role:

The Salesforce Business Analyst at Clouding AI will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing technical specifications, and ensuring that IT solutions align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs.
• Collaborate with technical and development teams to design, implement, and test solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to business processes and systems.
• Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
• Assist in project management activities, including timeline tracking and status reporting.
• Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure issues are resolved.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes and technical solutions.

Required (must-have) experience:

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in Salesforce projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent Arabic & English communication skills (spoken and written) are required for this role.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and analysis techniques.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software, such as JIRA or Confluence.
• Proven ability to create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation that can be executed by delivery teams.
• Experience supporting UAT and validating solutions against customer requirements.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to lead discovery sessions and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable breaking down complex workflows into clear requirements.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and AI technologies is a plus.
