Location: Remote from Egypt (BPO Hive)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday
Compensation: 20,000 EGP / month + performance-based commission
BPO Hive is building a high-performance outbound SDR team supporting fast-growing US companies. We manage full sales teams for international clients and are now hiring elite-level SDRs/BDRs based in Egypt who can perform at US standards.
This role is not for beginners, “trial” seekers, or short-term explorers. It is designed for serious, career-focused SDRs who can commit, perform, and grow.
Role Overview
As an SDR/BDR, you will:
Run high-volume outbound calling to US prospects via an auto dialer.
Book qualified meetings (SQLs) for our clients’ sales teams.
Communicate with near-native English, with a neutral/US-leaning accent and confident, professional tone.
Work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST consistently, with stable internet and hardware.
Key Responsibilities
Make 150–200+ outbound calls per day using an auto dialer.
Sustain 40–60 connected calls per hour during active dialing blocks.
Qualify prospects based on clear ICP and script guidelines.
Secure 1–2 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per day on average (monthly targets).
Log activities and notes accurately in CRM/tools.
Follow structured outreach sequences and handle basic objections.
Collaborate with team leads for feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.
Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
Non-Negotiable Requirements (Read Carefully)

English & Voice
C2 / near-native English – spoken and written.
Clear, professional, accent-neutral or American-leaning pronunciation.
Able to hold fast, fluid conversations with US decision-makers.
Experience
Proven experience as an SDR/BDR, telemarketer, or outbound sales rep.
US market experience strongly preferred (B2B SaaS, services, or outbound campaigns).
Comfortable working with targets, quotas, and structured KPIs.
Schedule & Commitment
Able to work full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
No students, no part-time, no side-jobs that interfere with schedule.
Willing to commit for at least 12+ months – this is a long-term role, not a temporary gig.
Performance Capacity
Comfortable and mentally prepared for:
150–200+ calls per day on a dialer.
40–60 calls/hour during dialing blocks.
Daily SQL target (typically 1–2 qualified meetings per day once ramped).
If these numbers feel “too much” or “unreasonable”, this role is not a fit.
Hard Skill Requirements
Strong outbound sales communication skills: opening, probing, and closing for the meeting.
Experience with auto dialers and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and confident.
Solid written English for emailing prospects and note-taking.
Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles and terminology (SDR, SQL, pipeline, etc.).
Soft Skill Requirements
Resilience & thick skin – comfortable with rejection and high call volumes daily.
Discipline & consistency – shows up on time, every day, with stable performance.
Coachability – open to feedback, call reviews, and structured improvement.
Ownership mentality – treats targets and clients seriously, not as “just a job”.
Professionalism – calm, confident phone presence and reliable communication.
Internet & Hardware Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
Minimum 30 Mbps stable internet connection (proof required during screening).
Backup connectivity: a backup router, MiFi device, or battery-powered solution during power cuts.
A computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent Mac) capable of running a dialer, CRM, and communication tools simultaneously.
A high-quality headset with clear microphone.

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Days: Monday – Friday
You must be fully available during these hours with zero conflicts (university, full-time job, etc.).
Compensation
Base salary: 20,000 EGP per month.
Commissions: Additional performance-based commissions depending on the assigned account and achieved results (meetings booked, SQLs, or other KPIs as defined per client).
High performers can earn significantly above base. Performance Metrics & Expectations
You will be evaluated on:
Daily outbound calls: 150–200+
Call rate: 40–60 calls/hour on active dialer time
SQLs / meetings booked: typically 1–2 per day once fully ramped
Show-up / held rate of booked meetings
CRM accuracy & compliance
Attendance and punctuality – very limited tolerance for no-shows or frequent lateness
If you are not comfortable living inside these numbers, this role will not be a match. Screening Process & Voice Note Policy
We use a two-stage screening process designed to keep the first step fast (to maximize good applicant volume) while ensuring we only interview candidates with top-tier spoken English and accent. Stage 1 – LinkedIn / Form Application
You will be asked to confirm:
Your English level (C2 / near-native).
Your availability for 9 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
Your commitment to stay at least 12+ months.
Your internet speed and hardware setup.
Your recent outbound SDR/BDR or US market experience.
Only candidates who clearly meet the non-negotiables will move forward. Stage 2 – Voice Note + Screening Tasks
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to:
Send a 60–90 second voice note introducing themselves and simulating a mini cold-call style intro.
Provide a recent internet speed test screenshot.
Complete a brief written prompt to verify written English and professionalism.
Why Stage 2, not Stage 1?
We place the voice note in Stage 2 to keep the initial application process frictionless and maximize the number of potentially strong applicants. At the same time, the voice note is a hard gate before any interviews – if your spoken English, pronunciation, or tone are not at US SDR standards, you will not proceed. This approach balances high applicant volume with strict quality control on spoken communication. Who Should NOT Apply
