Hands of Hope is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled Technical Support Agent to support our growing healthcare and pain management operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a structured environment and enjoy working with systems, data, and cross-functional teams.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

Insurance Eligibility & Benefits Verification

• Verify patient insurance coverage before appointments (PPO, HMO, Medicare/Medicaid, Workers’ Comp, No-Fault, etc.).
• Confirm copays, deductibles, visit limits, and plan requirements.
• Accurately document benefits in EMR systems.

Authorization & Follow-Up

• Obtain and follow up on treatment authorizations to prevent care delays.
• Track approvals, expiration dates, and visit limits.
• Communicate authorization updates with providers, schedulers, and admin teams.

Systems & Data Accuracy

• Work daily with EMR systems, insurance portals, and internal trackers.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation in compliance with audit standards.

Provider Schedule Support

• Coordinate with LPL to build and optimize providers’ schedules.
• Ensure schedules are aligned across EMR platforms.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong technical, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with EMR systems, insurance verification, or healthcare operations is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Maadi.
