Key Responsibilities
-Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work.
-Prepare detailed technical and commercial offers for finishing and fit-out projects.
-Develop cost estimates covering materials, labor, and subcontracting packages.
-Coordinate with design, procurement, and operations departments to gather pricing input.
-Prepare project budgets and value engineering proposals when needed.
-Follow tender schedules, clarifications, technical meetings, and submission deadlines.
-Maintain updated database of suppliers and subcontractors, especially for finishing materials.
-Conduct site visits when required for pricing validation.
Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture .
– Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering/estimation, preferably in Finishing & Fit-Out for hotels and high-end finishing projects.
– Strong experience with materials such as marble, wood works, partitions, paint systems, ceilings, and decorative finishes.
– Excellent knowledge of market pricing, technical specifications, and execution methodology.
– Strong command of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel is essential).
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Previous experience with consultants, high-end clients, and turnkey projects is highly preferred.
– Excellent knowledge of English language.
