Role Purpose:

Create high-performing short-form content and manage the full social media content pipeline — from ideation to calendars, captions, visuals, and monitor execution — supporting Oxygen Dermatology’s campaigns and growth.

Key Responsibilities (Updated):

• Create and shoot engaging video content (Reels, TikTok, UGC, tutorials, transformations).
• Develop monthly and weekly social media content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Write captions in Oxygen’s Gen Z, clinical-cool tone (Arabic & English).
• Oversee and monitor the visual design output with the design team to ensure brand consistency.
• Identify and apply viral trends, hooks, sounds, and formats relevant to skincare.
• Produce educational scripts, product stories, and brand storytelling content.
• Collaborate with designers, performance marketers, and the media buying team to create high-converting creatives.
• Monitor content performance, analyze what works, and recommend improvements.
• Act as on-camera talent when required.
