Key Training Pillars:

• Project Fundamentals: Mastering the project life cycle, core terminology, and strategic foundations.
• Agile & Scrum: Teaching flexibility and speed through modern Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies.
• Risk Management: Advanced techniques for risk identification, mitigation, and professional contingency planning.
• Digital PM Tools: Practical, hands-on training on industry-standard tools like Trello, Asana, and Monday.com.
• PMP Preparation: A comprehensive, exam-oriented overview of the PMP domains and mindset.

✅ Requirements & Profiles:

• Professional Experience: 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management (IT, Digital, Construction, or Business).
• Expertise: Deep-rooted knowledge of PMP concepts and methodologies (PMP Certification is a strong asset).
• Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify complex management theories into engaging, practical learning outcomes.
• Mentorship: Previous experience in corporate training or academic mentoring is highly preferred.
• Mindset: Proactive, organized, and capable of delivering both offline and recorded sessions.
