Role Description

We are seeking a Production and Quality Control Manager to oversee and optimize our production processes and ensure the highest quality standards in our products. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The responsibilities include monitoring production operations, supervising production teams, implementing quality control procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role will involve analyzing production data, refining processes for improved efficiency, and coordinating closely with the design and logistics teams to meet organizational goals and customer expectations.

• Expertise in Production Management, Operations Planning, and Workflow Optimization
• Skills in Quality Control, Inspection Procedures, and Process Improvement
• Strong understanding of Material Management, Supply Chain Coordination, and Inventory Management
• Proficiency in Team Leadership, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with production standards and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Previous experience in furniture manufacturing or design is a MUST.
