Job Description

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume recruitment in accordance with established targets and timelines
• Proactively gather feedback from hiring managers on candidate quality and post-hire performance to continuously improve alignment with business needs and team fit
• Leverage both traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies to build a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline
• Engage candidates in a professional, branded, and compliant selection process from initial screening through offer and onboarding
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including resume mining and proactive candidate searches
• Actively promote the internal employee referral program

Qualifications & Experience

• Candidates with a sales or customer service background and the drive to meet or exceed targets are encouraged to apply; recruitment experience is not mandatory but is considered an asset, as training will be provided.
• Strong results-driven mindset with a proven ability to work toward and exceed goals
• Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume hiring and shifting priorities
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office, and the ability to navigate sourcing tools such as ATS platforms and job boards
