Role Description

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to handover.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract, quality, and safety requirements.
• Manage risks, claims, variations, and dispute resolution effectively.
• Provide leadership to project teams and ensure achievement of project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• More than 20 years of proven experience in construction project management.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale or complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project controls, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Professional certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are an advantage.
