Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Heliopolis. The Administrative Assistant will handle general administrative tasks, manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and maintain organized records. They will be responsible for reception duties, including answering and transferring calls professionally, and will support executive staff with clerical tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage calendars, prepare documents, and support senior staff effectively
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and team members in a professional manner
- Proficiency in Clerical and organizational skills to manage records, handle filing systems, and ensure efficient office operations
- Proficiency in office software and equipment including word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in an administrative or similar support role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is a plus
