We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team and work on production ERP systems across multiple industries.

This is not a basic configuration role.

We need someone who understands architecture, performance, and clean code.

🔹 Requirements:

• Strong experience with Odoo 16, 17 or 18 (Community and Enterprise)
• Deep understanding of Odoo ORM, models, views, security rules
• Experience with custom module development
• Strong Python skills
• PostgreSQL knowledge
• Experience integrating APIs
• Understanding of performance optimization and best practices
• Git workflow experience

🔹 Nice to Have:

• Experience with multi company setups
• Odoo.sh or Docker deployments
• Knowledge of accounting workflows
• Experience in large scale production environments
