وظيفة Production Engineer – Food Manufacturing – 10th of Ramadan، مصر
وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor material usage variance and minimize losses and waste.
- Distribute labors on production’s lines and the operating process.
- Follow up the working conditions (time – water – heat degree – Machines’ Speed).
- Follow all the Manufacturing in process steps.
- Handle production issues that disrupt the production process, reporting them to Production Head.
- Oversee installation of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain statistical and financial records.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout
- Remove waste from the processes
- Implement predetermined production plans through planning the required raw materials and preparing shifts schedules accordingly.
- Supervise all the production team.
- Apply the document control system by the workers on time during all steps of manufacturing till shipping finished product to the warehouse.
- Interacting and liaising with the other departments´ teams to prioritize the orders.
- Develop and recommends improvements of facilities, machines, or process to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering related industry fields like industrial and production degrees.
- 2-4 years of experience as Production engineer, in food manufacturing industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting tools.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
