Job Responsibilities

• Monitor material usage variance and minimize losses and waste.
• Distribute labors on production’s lines and the operating process.
• Follow up the working conditions (time – water – heat degree – Machines’ Speed).
• Follow all the Manufacturing in process steps.
• Handle production issues that disrupt the production process, reporting them to Production Head.
• Oversee installation of machinery and equipment.
• Maintain statistical and financial records.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout
• Remove waste from the processes
• Implement predetermined production plans through planning the required raw materials and preparing shifts schedules accordingly.
• Supervise all the production team.
• Apply the document control system by the workers on time during all steps of manufacturing till shipping finished product to the warehouse.
• Interacting and liaising with the other departments´ teams to prioritize the orders.
• Develop and recommends improvements of facilities, machines, or process to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering related industry fields like industrial and production degrees.
• 2-4 years of experience as Production engineer, in food manufacturing industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting tools.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
