Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant – Senior Property Consultant based in New Cairo. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on properties and real estate opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating property deals, and assisting clients with the buying, selling, and leasing process. The consultant will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Consulting and Sales within the real estate industry
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate market, property management, and associated laws and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the New Cairo real estate market is an advantage
