We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established industrial production company, seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join its on-site operations team. This is a full-time, on-site role.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and production standards meet internal quality requirements as well as industry regulations. You will play a critical role in maintaining product consistency, identifying quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products
• Identify quality deviations, document findings, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality issues
• Maintain quality documentation, reports, and inspection records
• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality control tools and inspection techniques
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or similar frameworks
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Good communication and reporting skills
