وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges (if applicable)
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access
- Assist other departments with administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
