Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at Majestic Auto, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable automotive solutions. Daily tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales quotas, processing transactions, and staying updated on vehicle features and market trends. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to support business growth and providing a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, customer relationship management, and persuasive communication abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends, with an interest in continuously updating product expertise.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in using sales software or CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate with team members.
• Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic preferred.
