As a SEON Rules Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and optimizing fraud detection rules within SEON to prevent fraudulent activity across digital transactions. This fully remote role provides an excellent opportunity to grow within the Gaming and digital goods fraud sector, supported by a company committed to career development and cutting-edge fraud prevention strategies.

You will:

• Implement and manage SEON rules to detect suspicious activity and prevent fraud across digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze transactions, identifying patterns and trends to enhance fraud detection strategies.
• Conduct investigations into potential fraud cases and collaborate with Compliance, Development, and Chargeback teams to optimize workflows and system configurations.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on SEON data to continuously improve fraud prevention measures.

Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in fraud detection, investigation, and/or prevention within iGaming, eCommerce, or digital goods sectors.
• Hands-on experience with SEON (mandatory), and familiarity with other AI-enabled fraud detection platforms such as Ravelin or Kount is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary / Remuneration: €35,000–€45,000 DOE
