Soul Of Egypt Travel is seeking a skilled and motivated Tour Operator to join our team at our Cairo Office (Pyramid Gardens area).

🔹 Requirements

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

2–3 years of experience in tour operations or travel management

Strong knowledge of Egypt tour logistics and destinations

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office & reservation systems

Team-oriented with a proactive attitude

Applicants residing near Pyramid Gardens are preferred

🔹 Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and operate inbound tour programs

Prepare detailed itineraries and operational files

Coordinate with hotels, transport companies, guides & suppliers

Handle bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups

Monitor tour execution and resolve operational issues

Coordinate with tour leaders and local guides during trips

Ensure service quality & guest satisfaction

Control operational costs and budgets

Handle last-minute changes & emergency situations

Prepare post-tour reports and operational feedback
