About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare financial models, forecasts, and business valuations.

• Conduct financial analysis to support investment and business decisions.
• Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Prepare management reports and financial presentations.
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support feasibility studies and investment appraisals.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather and analyze financial data.
• Assist in cash flow planning and financial risk assessment.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• CFA Level I/II or equivalent certifications are considered an advantage.
