Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads and close new business opportunities for Summit Nevis services.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable selling service-based solutions to brands, retailers, suppliers, and growing businesses across GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation
- Identify businesses that need digital commerce support
- Build sales pipelines through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and direct prospecting
Client Acquisition
- Present Summit Nevis services to potential clients
- Conduct discovery calls
- Understand client pain points
- Convert leads into paying clients
Sales Pipeline Management
- Follow up with prospects
- Track opportunities
- Maintain CRM updates
Proposal Coordination
- Work internally with operations and leadership teams to prepare proposals and service presentations
Market Expansion
- Identify new industries, partnerships, and market opportunities
Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong Arabic & English communication skills
- B2B sales experience is preferred
- Understanding of eCommerce, retail, or digital services is a strong advantage
- Self-driven and highly target-oriented
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
