Role Description

At A1G we are seeking our first dedicated commercial hire to lead sales and business development efforts across Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC region. This is a founding role with direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful ownership over go-to-market execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies targeting SMEs across Saudi Arabia and GCC, including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and direct engagement.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, manage the pipeline, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and support prospects during trial onboarding.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media) within an allocated monthly budget.
  • Provide structured market feedback to the product and leadership teams to inform ongoing development and positioning.
  • Refine the ideal customer profile based on field experience and evolving market insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or commercial growth, preferably within a software or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to SMEs in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in managing and analysing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a structured, consultative approach to sales.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with sales operations tools, CRM platforms, or ERP systems.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent outbound prospecting tools.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage or high-growth technology environment.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. The successful candidate will be expected to take direct ownership of commercial activities without the support of a large team structure. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is comfortable operating autonomously and building processes from the ground up.
