Job Purpose
The Front Desk Administrator – Geely will act as the initial point of contact for all visitors and customers related to Geely brand at Abou Ghaly Motors. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills to provide a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. The successful candidate will manage customer coding, update customer data, assist with inquiries, prepare reports, and ensure smooth operation of the front office specifically for Geely operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers and visitors related to Geely brand professionally and courteously
- Provide accurate information and address inquiries from customers and visitors
- Maintain and update the Geely customer database ensuring precision and completeness
- Manage the reception area for Geely, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment
- Support administrative duties such as filing, reporting, and communicating with other departments as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Previous experience in front desk, administrative support, or customer service preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations
