Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating sales strategies, achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Setting ,Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Experience in the Home Appliance industry is a strong advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management 20 years ( Home Appliances is a must ).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Home Appliance – distribution sectors.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
