Job Description
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives and challenges to offer tailored solutions and maximize value.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling by analyzing client needs and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates to management.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements in alignment with company policies and client requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, agreements, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in account management, client services, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing client expectations.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
