Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations across multiple branches. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, compliance with Egyptian regulations, and supporting business growth through effective financial planning and cost management.

• Key responsibilities include managing daily accounting activities, supervising closing processes, monitoring cash flow, preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial performance, and coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors.

The Accounting Manager will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, improving processes, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4–6 years of experience in accounting (retail experience is preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and VAT
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
• Ability to manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Experience in multi-branch operations is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
