Job Description

• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes and financial statement preparation
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and analysis for management and regulatory purposes
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other stakeholders
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• preferred food and beverage experience
• Experienced in cost accounting
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems is important
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
