Job Description
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth running of the operations.
- Oversee managing inventory levels of supplies and equipment to order replacements as needed.
- Accountable for responding to emergencies, such as power outages, floods, or other disasters, and taking appropriate action to protect employees and facilities.
- Monitor the office boys and train them to be able to best serve.
- Responsible for purchasing office and office supplies to make sure the employees don’t need more supplies or any stuff and make workflow smooth.
- Conduct physical inspections of the facility, grounds, premises, hallways, restrooms, etc. Noting anything that might need repair, maintenance, clean-up, or is a hazard. To tell the appropriate building staff for resolution.
Requirements
- Not less than 3 years of previous experience as a Senior Administrator.
