Job Description

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient workflow. 
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth running of the operations.  
  • Oversee managing inventory levels of supplies and equipment to order replacements as needed. 
  • Accountable for responding to emergencies, such as power outages, floods, or other disasters, and taking appropriate action to protect employees and facilities.
  • Monitor the office boys and train them to be able to best serve. 
  • Responsible for purchasing office and office supplies to make sure the employees don’t need more supplies or any stuff and make workflow smooth. 
  • Conduct physical inspections of the facility, grounds, premises, hallways, restrooms, etc. Noting anything that might need repair, maintenance, clean-up, or is a hazard. To tell the appropriate building staff for resolution. 

Requirements

  • Not less than 3 years of previous experience as a Senior Administrator. 
  • Communication 
  • Time management 
  • Maintaining office systems 
  • Adaptability and flexibility
