Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative functions across the company. The role acts as the central administrative hub supporting the CEO, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service , and inter-departmental coordination to ensure smooth daily operations and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & CEO Support
- Manage the calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action trackers
- Handle confidential documents and executive communications
- Act as the primary administrative liaison between the CEO and all departments
2. Company-Wide Administration
- Oversee all administrative processes and workflows
- Coordinate daily administrative support for all departments
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and documentation are properly maintained
- Act as the main point of contact for internal administrative requests
- Coordinate with the HR Department on all operational HR matters
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in administration or office management (real estate preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English)
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
