Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will oversee overall business operations, lead financial and strategic planning, and manage sales initiatives to ensure company growth and sustainability. The CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning organizational vision with financial success. Additional responsibilities include fostering key client relationships and representing the company in public forums.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Finance and Business Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial resources to meet company goals
• Proven experience in Operations Management, ensuring the company’s processes and activities run efficiently
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning, with the ability to shape and execute a high-level vision and initiatives
• Strong leadership skills in Sales, with the ability to drive revenue generation and build successful sales teams
• Demonstrated ability to develop business strategies and make key decisions to achieve organizational success
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience leading small-to-medium sized teams; prior C-suite or executive leadership experience is strongly preferred
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is highly desirable
