Role Description

Al-Hakim Medicare Pro is looking for a Claims & Billing Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and submitting medical reports, invoices, and claims to insurance and assistance companies.

• Following up on claims and reimbursement processes.

• Maintaining proper documentation and records.

• Coordinating with existing partners and establishing new agreements with insurance and assistance companies not currently contracted with us.

• Supporting business development activities and expanding our network.

Qualifications

✔ Previous experience in medical claims, billing, or healthcare administration is preferred.

✔ Good communication and negotiation skills.

✔ English proficiency is required.

✔ Experience dealing with insurance or assistance companies is an advantage.

📍 Work Location: North Coast (New Alamein), Egypt.
