• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You’ll Do

• Engage in conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to creative and complex scenarios
• Rate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
• Identify problems like factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistent behavior, or potential bias
• Push AI limits with creative, challenging, or edge-case prompts to expose weaknesses
• Submit structured feedback using clear, guided evaluation forms
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across different topics and domains
• Able to evaluate quality objectively and explain your reasoning clearly
• Strong written communicator with good attention to detail
• Comfortable using chat-based digital tools
• Reliable and self-motivated when working independently
• No prior AI, tech, or testing experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in writing, editing, research, or quality review
• Interest in AI, technology, or digital communication
• Ability to think critically about language and nuance
