About The Role

What if your curiosity, creativity, and way with words could directly shape how the world’s most advanced AI systems think? We’re looking for Prompt Writers to craft the questions, scenarios, and challenges that push AI models to their limits — improving their reasoning, creativity, accuracy, and safety.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to strong writers and creative thinkers from any background. No technical or AI experience required — just a sharp mind, a love of language, and the ability to think outside the box.

What You’ll Do

• Craft original, diverse, and creative prompts across a wide range of topics, formats, and difficulty levels
• Design questions, tasks, and scenarios that challenge AI reasoning and expose its limits
• Create prompts that test for accuracy, creativity, logical consistency, and safety
• Follow style guides and prompt-writing templates to ensure quality and consistency
• Iterate and refine prompts based on feedback and evolving project needs
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Creative thinker with strong written communication skills
• Able to write clearly and engagingly across a broad range of subjects
• Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas, edge cases, and hypotheticals
• Comfortable working within structured guidelines while still bringing originality
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently
• No technical, AI, or programming background required

Nice to Have

• Background in writing, editing, journalism, education, or content creation
• Experience with critical thinking, logic, or puzzle design
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language models as an end user
• Broad general knowledge spanning multiple subject areas
