وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:

We are a growing technology company based in Egypt, looking for a Pre-Sales & Technical Tendering Specialist who can take ownership of the full tendering and proposal lifecycle — from opportunity identification to final submission.

You will act as the bridge between technical teams, sales, and clients, ensuring that all bids, quotations, and proposals are accurate, competitive, and technically sound.

This is not a purely sales role — and not purely engineering either — it is a hybrid technical-commercial role requiring strong IT understanding and excellent writing/structuring skills.

🚀 What you will do

  • Identify and analyze government and enterprise IT tenders
  • Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals (RFP / RFQ / RFI responses)
  • Create costing, quotations, and pricing structures with internal teams
  • Translate technical requirements into clear solution proposals
  • Coordinate with engineers to design feasible technical solutions
  • Write and structure technical documentation for bids
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines
  • Improve bid quality, win rate, and proposal standards
  • Maintain a library of reusable proposal templates and technical content
  • Communicate with clients during pre-sales clarification phases

🧩 What we are looking for

Must-have experience:

  • Background in IT / technology / software / telecom / infrastructure
  • Experience in pre-sales, tendering, bidding, or technical proposals
  • Ability to understand technical solutions (not necessarily code-level)
  • Experience working with engineers or technical teams
  • Strong writing skills (technical + business English)

Strong advantage if you have:

  • Experience in government or enterprise tenders
  • Knowledge of IT systems (software, infrastructure, cloud, networking)
  • Experience with RFP / RFQ / procurement processes
  • Exposure to pricing models, licensing, or IT solution costing
  • Previous role as:
  • Pre-sales engineer
  • Solutions consultant
  • Bid manager
  • Technical account manager
  • IT consultant

🧠 Skills required

  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Ability to structure complex technical information
  • Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Attention to detail (critical for tenders)
  • Ability to work under deadlines
  • Understanding of IT system basics (software + infrastructure)

🎯 Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise IT
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement in Egypt
  • Ability to create diagrams / solution architecture sketches
  • Experience in pricing IT services or SaaS solutions
