Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily air ticketing operations and ensure efficient issuance.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to ensure high-quality customer service standards.
• Stay updated with global reservation system enhancements and implement them within the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a travel agency.
• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus/Galileo).
• Strong negotiation skills with travel suppliers.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proximity to 6th of October City is preferred.
