Key Responsibilities:Execute end-to-end recruitment activities across assigned roles and business units.Ensure timely closure of approved requisitions in line with agreed SLAs.Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer follow-up for assigned roles.Support hiring of critical or hard-to-fill roles as required.Ensure high-quality candidate shortlisting and accurate assessment against job requirements.Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and pipeline status.Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and labor regulations.Apply standardized interview practices, assessment tools, and evaluation criteria.Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Support efforts to reduce hiring risks such as no-shows, early attrition, and probation failures.Prepare regular recruitment updates and basic reports as required.Track individual recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and no-show rates.Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and joining processes.Follow up on new joiners during onboarding to support a positive joining experience.Support workforce planning and hiring initiatives when required.Update the manpower plan report regularly and share it with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor.Participate in recruitment improvement projects if needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in Talent AcquisitionProficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools is a plusExcellent communication abilities.Solid understanding of recruitment activitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-company environment.Strong organizational skills with a high level of accountability.Excellent integrity and takes full ownership of responsibilities.
