وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:
We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to lead and manage all HR functions across the company. This role requires a strong operational leader capable of running the HR department independently and ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all Personnel & Employee Lifecycle processes (contracts, onboarding, attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, offboarding)
Lead Recruitment & Hiring activities, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring across departments
Handle Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives
Conduct and manage internal investigations when required
Design and manage Compensation & Benefits structures aligned with company strategy
Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal HR policies
Manage Social Insurance processes and ensure accurate registration and reporting
Act as the main point of contact with government entities (labor office, insurance authorities, etc.)
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
Support leadership with HR insights, reporting, and organizational planning
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist
Strong background in:
Personnel & HR Operations
Recruitment
Employee Relations & Investigations
Compensation & Benefits
Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance
Experience dealing with government entities and legal compliance
Ability to lead HR function independently
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Experience in fast-growing companies is a plus
